So I was playing around with ss mesh and kanthal on a vivi nova 2.5 and stupidly enough, I shorted out two batteries. I originally made a good coil that lasted a week with no shorts/battery problems but for some reason this one decided to be evil. I guess I deserved it for not using a multimeter to test. Anyways one battery is fried, but the other one still fires but only automatically if I screw on my vivi nova with a 1.8 ohm head on it. So the button doesn't work but is this still safe to use? So if I want to vape - screw on vivi nova, screw off vivi nova to stop firing.
