Just to cut things short. Get your self either the Samsung 35A 18650 batteries or the Efest Purple 35A 18650 batteries! They're the best going at the moment. Personally I prefer the Samsung 18650's by far!

Someone may correct me, but to my knowledge there are no Samsung 18650 35A batteries. The 25R are 20A and can handle a decent amount of pulse.
The purple Efest are *not* 35A batteries. They are rewrapped LG HE2 which are 20A as well with a 35A pulse rating.

I would recommend the Samsungs, but certainly not the purple Efest for heavy subohming.

You are correct. However in this case the OP needs 30A batteries as he/she has an IPV3.
