Personally, I already set myself up at nic level. Too much for me was constantly vaping 12mg, forget about 18. Symptoms of too much nic is headache and dizziness.
However, I was using halo eliquids at 80/20. They were kinda okay with a g6 set up, but when I switched to ego/510, definitely got the nausea and stomach cramps (this included 0nic). So, unfortunately, it was the pg. Had ordered some 65/35 from mt. Baker. That toned it down immediately, but still have the ringing in the ears. I only have ine juice at 50/50, but it dies ruin coils (thick chocolate). But no ringing in the ears. I will need to eventually lower to 50/50.
In the meantime, I can order plain stuff from mt. Baker to mix in (or get the same flavor at a lower ratio of pg), and mix.
Hints that I didn't know. Aspire coils, need to be cleaned out daily. Pull bottom coil off, wrap in paper towel or title tissue (I use paper towel), wipe a bit, and blow out the big end. Then blow out both ends, and rinse well with hot water (I'm using the older bdc coils). PT II, mini, and evod coils (probably works the same way with the newer coils), do the same as Aspire. If you have some gunk built up, can coak and GENTLY dry burn when dry. If you clean every day, then should not be a problem. Keep old pt, evod coils, to learn how to rewick. I30 coils ONLY, if get real gunked up, may have to soak for week or toss out. Otherwise, try to use only for 2 tanks, then rinse entire thing off, clean coils, don't soak (mine stop registering accurately for ohms when I did that), blow any excess water out of coil, make sure wicks are white, and let dry.
All coils need to dry for at least 24 hours, so extra on hand works. I've gone through too many aspire coils and two i30 set ups before learning these cleaning techniques. Old pt coils (the newer ones can be rewicked to single coils), can be rewicked if you want to save money, or practice for later hobby.
