Hi all :)
This is my first post here so please go easy on me :) Glad to have joined a forum which hosts a ton of knowledge. Just cant seem to find the answer to my question anywhere. Im sure someone here will have a quick answer.
I recently only began vaping ( a month now ) and purchased a 6ml carto/tank Mod for 7 quid, which I thought was a good deal. I am guessing that with the mod I wont have to keep on filling my cartomizers while in work. I am just wondering.. how long will this piece of kit last me and how easy would it be to clean out? I use alot of different liquids which means alot of cartomizers getting mixed flavours. (once you taste caramel with a hint of menthol.. you will feel my pain). Im hoping this device sorts this problem out?
Thanks and hope to be staying around the forums for the forseeable future :)

Well, cartos are pretty cheap, so having a separate carto for each flavor wouldn't be so bad. But a separate tank for each flavor would get expensive if you want to rotate many flavors at the same time. But with a tank, it's not so easy to just switch out the carto if you still have juice in the tank, so separate tanks would be the way to go if you can afford it. Plus, plexiglass breaks sometimes, so having extras is always good. I've had the Dual Coil tank for about a month now, but I'm buggered until I can get some XL cartos in a lower resistance. I know you have to replace the o-rings on the tank eventually. Maybe after 6 months or so. The tank itself could last much longer than the o-rings. The cartomizer, prolly not. 2 or 3 months, at most usually.

there are also some good videos on youtube for cleaning cartos quickly.

Yeah I think I'll see how things go with using the tank before I decide on getting more. I am yet to even own an atomizer and cart seperate... so Im probably jumping ahead of myself. All I have used are cartomizers... although when I looked at the price, I had to jump on it tbh. I'll check out youtube for cleaning tips :) thanks again

If you're interested in making your own tanks to keep the cost down of having several different juices in rotation, these work very well and are easy to make. Granted, they arn't very fancy and do require a syringe to fill unless you make a fill port in them. Cartomizer syringe mod design by David - YouTube
