There's no reason for a tank unless you need more nicquid. I know some people vape more than 6ml a day but, for an average vaper. 3ml is already good enough. Although, I guess someone could use a tank to add more ml to their mini.
Maybe even a different flavor and basically make it a portable DIY mixer? Don't know, but honestly don't think it makes sense, since it'll make your REO look like one of those science projects.

If a person sees a need for a juice tank on a reo grand - that's when its time to seek professional help

I've played around with some tanks to use on some cheapo plastic box mods, but my Reos still give me the best, hassle-free vaping.

I use a tank on my Thermo. They're nice for tube mods, being tube shaped and all.
Think of a carto tank being an automatic (gravity) feed system, compared to the reo being a manual feed system.
Somehow, I can't see myself screwing this onto any ecig I wanted to carry out in public. It reminds me of the old gas pumps from the 40s.
Some people like them thin and sleek, others like them big and boxy. Doesn't mean one is better than the other. That could apply to a lot of things.....lol

Hey, if someone can sell a Double Barrel mod, I'm sure it's been tried.
That said, you'd need to either get creative with how you punch XL cartos or get an extension to even thread it on there, and it's a bit redundant anyhow.
Ecigs have been made from just about anything that will lend itself to being an atomizer or battery case. There's no end to what people can turn into something vapable.
