I ordered one and it should be coming any day now. I also got wick (2mm) and wire (30 Gauge). My question is can organic cotton be used in these or is the risk of burning to great. also with the 30 gauge wire. how many wraps to be around 1.2 to 1.6 ohms. I am using either a MVP 2 or a VTR to fire it. Thanks for any help in advance.

I use igo l on my mvp wit 30 ga wire and cotton. I wrap it around a small screw driver and I comes out to 1.4 ohms. Wrap your wire check the ohms and set it on 3.5 volts fire your coil and check for hot spots when all is good. Twist the cotton up into a wick feed it throught and add juice that simple. When the flavor drops off and more. I soak my wick and put the top on them add 11 drops or so and when it needs more I put in 11 more ect ect

    Ahh the good old IGO-L.

If you dont go subohm, its a great atomizer that needs no modification. IF you wanna subohm, you GOTTA drill out the airhole. I used mine all the time before I got into subohm and mechs.. I have three, and they LIVED on my Provari. Unless they changed the airhole, which I doubt, its like, perfect, for the mouth-to-lung inhales.

    anywho.

Can't say for a micrcoil, but for a spaced coil around double up 2mm silica, with 30gauge wire.. I think it'll be like 6 wraps. Around there. I personally like 3mm silica, folded over itself once for coils above .8ohm, so my estimation isn't perfect.

32 guage wire is ideal for non subohm, going to be used on a regulated VV/VW device, builds. IF you follow any of the groups on facebook or watch build guides on youtube, you dont see 32 guage very often.. because, for use on a mech, its useless. However, for building coils that will fire on VV/VW device, which usually dont go below 1.5ohm, its great. You can keep the wraps to a minimum so it still heats up fast, but keep the ohms high so the device will fire.

    Also, my personal suggestion..

Perfect the good old fashioned spaced coil before you start building compressed micro and nano coils. EVERY different coil build produces a different vape, and so many people have forgotten about the spaced coil and what it can do. you may like one or the other, or both, but, give them all a try.
