I think if you soak the door in acetone that might dissolve the glue then you could flip them.

Not sure what that would do to the anodize though. If its the newer shiny black you should be fine.
From my experience Rob reversed them right after the first or second run when the black was really flat black.

I clicked my door so much my magnet fell out -- put some crazy glue and reset the magnet but had glue residue on the door -- I used acetone and was a little worried it might lift color -- but I am happy to report it didn't and everything worked out great

B H is right acetone will work I would make sure you don't get it all over the door.IT will do no harm to wipe the finish with acetone but I wouldn't leave it on for long.Take a q tip and keep soaking the magnet it will break down the glue .The last couple of runs of mini mods for the most part they should all interchange

I know your RED one is the "new" polarity direction .... not sure about the door your getting though.
If its one Jen bought new you should be A-ok, her were all this year I think.

If its from the classifieds no way to know until you try it.
Like I said though if its the Flat looking "dull" black Im 99% sure you going to have to swap them.

Just curious, do they work better the new direction ?? Easer to assemble ??

What gives buddy, give us the scoop :)
When I first started building them I never gave it much thought about people changing doors I just installed the magnets.I try to keep them all the same now I no people like to switch doors.I should have extra doors in a few weeks.I plan to send them with the magnets lose. With a simple how to install them

yep bought my Grand on the classifieds. I don't think it's from the last run. (I KNOW that my mini is from the last run though)
Scuba Steve~ those were my husband's thoughts, just to turn the magnet around. Just pm me if you wanna give it a shot. If we can't get it to work, we can always trade back.
