Hey all, just need a couple answers. I ordered a Kebo Russian 91% from a reputable company, and I will not name until they respond to the email I sent them, and when I recieved the product, the seal was already broken on it, and there are a few parts missing from the spare parts bag that were clearly shown in the picture of the product. My question is....Did your Russian's come with the spare insulators (for the deck and the center pin), a spare center pin and adjustable 510 screw, and extra positive terminal block (sits on top of the insulator on the deck and center pin attaches to)?? Im not trying to be a rude a@@, but for the price paid, you would expect to get everything shown, am I right or wrong? Can anyone help me out on this? I don't wanna give the company negative feed if they are willing to make it right, Im just not one to bash for no reason.

Nope, I've never seen any of those parts included in the spare parts bag. Here's what's usually listed
The Russian 91% rba
Clear tank
Stainless steel tank
510 Drip Tip Adapter
Needle Bottle
Screwdriver
1m wick (from the manufacturer, no details)
1m resistance wire (from the manufacturer, no details)
2 extra Air Flow Control screws
2 extra wick holding screws
6 extra O-rings

""The Russian 91% from Kebo is a very advanced rebuildable atomizer tank system. The flavor that it's reduced chamber design produces is simply amazing.

This is very similar, and parts compatible with the Kayfun Lite, however this version includes adjustable air flow and an adjustable center pin on the 510 connector.

This product is NOT made by SvoMesto and should not be confused with their Kayfun products.

This item does not come ready to use...you must build your own coil. We strongly recommend researching two or three videos on YouTube so you fully understand how this device operates. Because it is an advanced user device we cannot provide support on how to build it.

Includes:

(1) Russian 91% atomizer made of 304 stainless steel

(1) 510 style drip tip adapter

(1) 10ml empty e-Liquid bottle

(1) Metal tank tube (replaces translucent plastic tube if you wish)

(1) Package of silica wick material - approx 2 feet

(1) Package of nichrome coil wire - approx 2 feet

(1) Package of misc replacement parts, screw driver tool and gaskets

(1) Kit box

Made in China""

This text is taken from the distributor product page I ordered from, and if you look closely at this pic, you can see the parts in the bag on the right.

Gaskets are the orings..not insulators, and I've never heard of extra 510 pins in anything..maybe a 510threaded connector when you can't use that atomizer in hybrid..but that's not the case with 91%.

I know you can buy insulators.. I'm not sure about pins.
Edit.. didn't look at pic..so I suppose those should be in there. I don't see a 510 pin though.

broken seal wouldn't make me too happy. but hopefully nothing is missing from your kit

extras that were included with mine:

- 4 large o-rings (tank sections)
- 1 medium o-ring (drip tip)
- 1 small o-ring (top of chimney)
- 2 post screws
- 2 air hole screws
- screwdriver
- plastic tank

mine came fully disassembled, everything was inside the same ziplock bag.. insulators, screws, plastic tank piece, positive terminal block, and all the extras.

the unit itself came in one piece, with the stainless steel tank being used(insulators, screws and terminal were not pre-installed). I'm guessing that before taking that picture, all they did was take the drip tip adapter and plastic tank out of the bag.

Mine was actually assembled, like in Pbusardo's video, and Im just curious as to why the seal was broken. Going by the pic on their site, I just feel its right to include whats pictured. Im very much about getting what is is shown, However, I don't want to get something not deserved. Even if they can help me get just the insulators at least, I'll be more than happy to pay for the shipping or what not. Not trying to get somethin for nothin, just trying to get what is portrayed by the product pictures and description :) I really appreciate everyones feedback on this!!!!
