Question About Unregulated Voltage

OK, I think the answer to this will be fairly cut and dry. I took a 650 mAh eGo type battery ( it isn't joyetech ) that's 100% charged and checked the voltage on my multimeter. I see 4.1V. When I use a 2.4Ω atomizer head with it, the voltage drops, right ?

Is there a way to calculate the voltage under load using the Ohm rating ?

Would the voltage be around 3.7V under load ?

To many variables to use a formula to figure out load. You would have to use a multimeter while firing the device to see your actual voltage underload, thats pretty muck impossible using a attomizer no real way to get to the positive conection to test while firing.
