Maybe, just maybe getting ahold of the folks you bought your stuff from and explaining to them the problem they will resend it to you. I know most companies make it pretty clear that when choosing the USPS as your delivery method will warn you that once shipped it's no longer that company's responsibility for what ever may happen to your package. But it's worth a shot I think.

I've had that happen. I've also had it say it was in my town and and had been sorted and out for delivery when apparently it wasn't because it took 2 more days to make it another 4 miles to my house. I'd call them back tomorrow. They could have left it on their truck. I've noticed the online usps isn't very accurate. Sometimes it is, and sometimes it isn't. Sometimes it will say the same thing for 3 days then update all at once. Right now I have 2 orders coming. One was mailed out sat, but of course it's still showing nothing, another was mailed Friday and hasn't updated at all... Just that it was scanned. I've had mail show up but still be showing in another state. LoL

What Elizabeth said is very true and it may just be a case of it not actually being delivered even though the tracking says it was. I checked the tracking on my order this morning and it said it had been sorted at the USPS in New Mexico just this morning but then it showed up in my mail box this afternoon. So the tracking is not always reliable. Let's hope that's the case with your stuff.

Out of curiosity what did you order from New Mexico. That's my home. Haha

Well then I guess that makes us neighbors.(Not the one that may have stole your stuff though) Actually I Ordered a large bottle of ejuice from MT Baker. But they are way up in Washington state. So it looked like my order made a quick stop in NM and then made it safely to my mailbox. So I'm not really sure why it would have gone down there to NM and then back up here to CO. However, I made an order a few weeks back from Mt Baker that took almost an entire month to make it to me. It too went to Santa FE and ABQ then Denver and Minn. And Ohio and a few other stops along the way. Tracking that was frustrating. But the problem was that the lalel had been damaged so they just kept sending it around the USA maybe hoping one day it would inevitably end up at my house some day. I called USPS and they flagged it and it eventually made it here. So there is still hope for your order.

More than once, I've had a package tracked as delivered when it really wasn't. The first time it happened, I called my local USPS station, and a very polite woman apologized and seemingly already knew what had happened (or she just had a generic reply that sounded feasible). She told me the mailman marked it as delivered before he exited his truck, but upon finding me not at home, did not want to leave it on my doorstep. Apparently there's no way to undo the marking of delivered. Sure enough, I got it the next day. A couple weeks later, the same thing happened. I didn't call, but it showed up the next day. I can understand that an urban mailcarrier would rather mark everything in his satchel before he gets out of his truck rather than carry his barcode scanner around with him to mark them as he drops them off.

Its slightly annoying, but I''m grateful for tracking in general, so I deal. Good luck! I hope you get it!

I've been waiting on a bottle of radiator pluid 10 days. It left NC after bouncing around there a couple days, hit Kansas and bounced around town here 3 days, went to CO and then back to KS. I checked it this morning and it was in town, got delivered this afternoon but the website still shows it at the sorting facility. I guess that's close enough for the post office 2 day delivery. Never have figured out why it had to go to Colorado only to come back...

Be glad you don't get all the government you pay for.

I've had that happen more often than it should. Freaks you out at first but somehow my stuff shows up 2 or 3 days later. You got more luck on your side getting them to answer the phone lol. The annex here, their number is on a constant busy loop no matter what. I would wait and see if your stuff shows up in a day or 2. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one this happens to. I never used to have issues with the mail up until the last few years. This whole delivered status but not really at my house crap started within the last year....
