Question about VX2

Ok so far I really love it...puts out lots of vapor, great throat hit..and I only charged it 2 hours and getting great results..meanwhile other battery is in charger

but I don't know what happened about 20 puffs in I started to get the burnt taste, I took out the cartridge and it was still wet, so I topped it off

But I am still getting burnt taste...any ideas how to get rid of it?


Do I need to just keep breaking in the atomizer?

I dont want to put any liquid directly on the atomizer afraid i might burn out the battery usually that is how i get rid of the burnt taste on my 510.

Any ideas?


Other then that this is really nice e-cig, very nice light, very easy draw, and not sure if i should keep inhaling on a burnt taste? do you think the poly is stuck inside the atomizer?

DO NOT DRIP, just keep breaking it in... I doubt it's poly, you'd be able to see that I think.

BUT try this tonight when you go to bed...

Disconect the atomizer from the battery. Set the atomizer on a paper towel or plate and drip 3-4 drops of e-juice on the atomizer. Let it sit over night. THEN... when you wake up, clean it up real good with a paper towel, blow through the battery end of the atomizer, get all the juice you can out of it, put your cart on, put on a battery, and take several puffs from it. See how that works. I just did it Saturday night after I got the burnt taste. That cleared it right up.

Yeah, I hate minis... and I'm ashamed of myself for saying it, but I think this just might be my new fave. I THINK I might like it better than my.... dare I say it? Nah, I can't.... yet.

ok i kept on breaking it in...and the burnt taste is finally gone...

btw the taste and flavor is better on the VX2 then the 510, though the throat hit is a bit better on the 510 not a lot but a bit better, but could be too early too tell until atomizer breaks in

battery life is definitely way better then 510....by now my battery would have been dead...i am still on my first battery from just 2 hours of charge when i first got it this afternoon

cartridge life not as good as I hoped, I had to refill it twice so far...better then 510, but not as much as I hoped for..just glad cartridges are much cheaper then the 510


oh well i better stop now...before I od'ed on nictoine LOL this is after 50 puffs or so

I'm really liking mine as well. Although, I grabbed the wrong case today so I only have my M401 instead of the VX2. Almost going through withdrawals without it here.

LOL, yeah, my first cart didn't last me long either because I went nonstop crazy vaping with it. LOL! Now that I'm a bit more "regular" with it, the carts last me quite a while.

I've also found that I have to top off a bit more if I constantly vape it. But, that's just a case of vaping faster than the juice can wick. If I give it just a bit of a break, the juice wicks fine, and I can vape the cart almost completely dry.

something interesting i noticed today..i filled up my cart last night..with a different juice and was vaping a bit last night then let it rest

today that cart is still working...i dont how many puffs i took but a lot...and it now 1:21

i thought by sure it would have dried up but i am still getting good flavor and vapor,

it weird that the cartidrdge is lasting this much longer


not sure if it is becuase it is different juice...and different density...or it because i let it sit overnight? or atomizer broke in?


either way i am happy with performance
