Question about warranty issue with ego passthru

I purchased a ego passthru, along with several other items at VaporKings store on 03/14/11. On 03/27/11 (sunday), while at work, the passthru suddenly quit working. A warranty ticket was sent that same day (#753-4271) and I recieved a reply that they are not usually in the shop on weekends and that they would get back with me asap. Today is tuesday, and I still haven't heard from them and noticed that they only have a 14 day warranty on batteries.

They question is mainly intended for Rob and is this: Is the warranty going to still be good on day 15 or however long it takes for you to respond?

I sent you back a response on your ticket. I apologize for it taken longer than usual we have really been swamped the last couple of days.

Just for future reference we do take a look at when you submit a ticket so if we do not get you answered by the 15th day we will get you taken care of.

Recieved a response on the ticket today. Fantastic!!!! I guess with the kind of customer service they give, they have many, many return customers and stay really busy. Michelle, thanks for your replys and I will be a return customer!!
