I've purchased WF-188 a while ago from Super-T. I use this especially for charging 18650 high drain batteries(AW), but after the charging ends (when the green light is on) and I check the voltage, it measures only like 3.8 or 3.9. I've recently purchased Pila Charger, too (from Super-T), but this charger is way better. When the charging is done, it measures 4.2 which is really awesome. I'm wondering why this is happening. I know that the Pila Charger owns WF-188, but still 3.8 or 3.9 is too low to be indicated as fully charged. Is this because I'm using WF-188 charger in a wrong way? I charge my 18650 batteries in 3.7v with 650mAh mode. Anyone can help??

Could be a defective charger. I have noticed on some chargers, the green light is optimistically set to turn on when they are not quite fully charged yet and they still need to go awhile longer before they are fully charged. Feel free to exchange it, we'll get you taken care of!

Oh, Thanx a lot for letting me know David. I never thought that it was defective. It charges until like 3.9V and does not charge any more. Thanx for offering exchanging. Can I just send it back to you with the order#?
