WF-188 defective?

Hi guys,

got a weird issue with my Ultrafire WF-188 charger ... i think its gone bad, my AD-106 cheap 5$ charger from madvapes charges all my 14500 batts to 4.18 to 4.2 Volts in a regular charge time(1.5-2hrs), as where my WF-188 charges my batts in like 1hour or so but never gets them past 4.08 -4.09V .... is that normal even when i have the switch to 3.7volt and 650mah wich i suppose is the correct setting .. they never charge as much as my cheapo charger .. but it charges faster

any input anyone ?

It is better to have them come off at 4.08-09 than 4.1-.2 your batteries will last longer.

You may want to read this review. Yours doesn't sound defective it seems they are just poorly designed chargers.

Ultrafire WF-188 TEST !

I have also read that they do a poor job with 3.2V cells also.

Thanks for the links guy's guess its time to start looking for a pila charger and some AW IMR batts
