I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I have a dual coil build on my mech mod, and it constantly seems like one side is heating up faster than the other. I've taken it apart, re coiled it, re wicked it, several times. and it seems like it always goes back to that. I'll meticulously fidget with it until both sides ramp up evenly, and then as soon as I get some cotton and juice on it, not long later it'll be uneven again. I'm building on a legion rda clone.

Screws often need tightening a bit more after a few heat cycles.

I have been starting to notice that more!

Did you clean it thoroughly before use? Did you take the screws out? There could be some funk in there that is preventing good conduction.

I've cleaned it, but never thought to take the screws out. Most I've done for that would be to unscrew 'em a little and run 'em under water. Sometimes I'll use isopropyl on 'em. That's a good idea though

Is it always the same side heating differently??? Where are the air holes, in relation to the coils? Are you dripping more on one coil vs the other? Are the coils the same? shouldn't matter but some actual info on the coils may help. Have you tried the atomizer in a different mod, also shouldn'tmatter, but good test to try anyway.

My guess is you have a bad or loose post.
