How come you never made a vent hole on the SB and is it ok to make one. Not that had any problems, I own 3 SB and love them more then any of my other PV/ mods, just wondering.
I just received my first SB and its my understanding that there is space underneath the button/switch to allow for venting... though if there is, its a very tight space.
I've also read that the switch acts as an vent point. I have seen SB's that ppl have added vents to on the bottom. It would be kinda hard to take a drill and bit to such a nice mod though lol.

I kinda knew about the switch but thought of drilling two holes like the Omega has on the bottom just incase the battery blows, the gas will release away from the face/body or the finger while activating the switch. I used protected batts on it anyways and been doing it for about a year plus but In-order to vape 6V we still stacking batts.
It is yours, do as you like . As Far as a battery venting, think about it. You WILL get burned not matter where it vents from. I have seen units that batteries have exploded in, the vent worked as it was supposed to. Basically it did not turn in to a pipe bomb. The pressure was released. Happy Thanksgiving
