I've also read reviews online however, regarding my current situation. It's been said that USPS packages with this status took detours around the world for 12 days before arriving to it's final destination. Has this ever happened before with anyone else? Or does it arrive the next day normally?

Sometimes a package goes to China, then departs to the local delivery service, like China Post,EMS, or something like that. Its usually a handoff from USPS to the countries local service.
I ordered from AFG. It moved along. Once it got to the military postal system, it had to keep moving. It got there. About 7 days, that isn't to bad.
I was in El Salvador and Nicaragua in the "those days. It was a month. I remember I asked my parents for a large box of various "Tastycake" cupcakes and they took a month...bits of mold, too.
Things are better...

Alrighty so, waited all day... no vape mail 
( I'm starting to worry now, I even emailed Halo shipping dept regarding what is going on with my package... It's been 8 business days so far, Hong Kong is small and I don't think it'll take forever to get to sorting facility or something???
Edit: Found my package! It's here in transit and being processed now.. jeez even my local courrier processes better than USPS... USPS could have at least given me an update but no.. well I found my package at the local speedpost office... thank goodness

My parcel is coming tomorrow! I can smell it! It's passed customs clearance processing today, turns out I had nothing to worry about after all.. USPS took awhile to get me a solid update but it's all good. It's on it's way!

I have the same issue for orders coming out of China. The tracking just seems to drop off after "shipped" and then picks up again two weeks later when it says that it has hit the States. A challenging time.
Mines cleared customs today and is on it's way ^_^ it took all day to give me an update but I'm hoping it'll arrive tomorrow as the next day is a public holiday!! I'll post an update about it
My item passed the customs clearance, I'm just waiting for it to be delivered by HK Post
Only illegal to possess e-juice/e-liquid with nicotine and only if you sell it. And only illegal to vape it in non-smoking areas.
I have an ipv4 being shipped to me right now (supposedly) from an online shop called e-cigarette lobby. They are a hong kong based company...
Hope your order will get to you as soon as possible! Mines should be here sometime this week.. no vape mail today and it's a public holiday tomorrow... so I'm hoping it'll get here on Thursday on Friday!
