I ordered my first E-Cig starter kit a few days ago (genuine Joye 510 Manual Starter Kit + 510 PCC Combo for $51. Before my order was paid in full (the shipping didn't go through for some reason) I added three 20ml bottles of 26mg e-liquids and a 510 USB Passthrough + 510 atty.

It's being sent by USPS (Express Mail International Flat Rate Envelope)
I paid $26 insured rather than $13 uninsured.

My question is if anything goes wrong, whether it gets stolen/lost or seized by customs will I get my money back?

Not sure, contact your vendor and ask them what their policy is on returned shipments.

That being said, I've never had a shipment seized or even held up!
