I am with everyone else on this, hang in there! Here is a great place where everyone is treated equal to the best of my knowledge. I have seen you post alot and you seem like a really great person
I am the only child and wasn't always a good child. My mom passed away almost 2 years ago and my dad remarried when I was 8. Mom did the best she could and my dad just totally quit contact with me. Since she died he has called me about 3 times to ask how I am doing. He has called more to tell me how bad things are with my step monster and her kids. I just figure you are the person you choose to become and that what you did in the past is just that, the past. It hurts when parents judge children like they would a stranger. Like everyone said Hang in there and for what it is worth, your worth is very great!
