question for the lady vapers?

As a lady, I find eGo twists, Vision Spinners "Ladylike" (or more appropriately, more "low-key" in comparison to big PV's), however I do like larger variable voltage/variable wattage mods such as the Vamo, eVic, mechanicals such as the KTS, K100, etc. There are also "skins" and many clearomizer or tank options that can be put on many of the larger variable option mods to fit a person's design preference and personality. I've seen all pink PV's, Hawaiian theme PV's....the possibilites are endless. 
I have an iTaste VV, which I like very, very much, with a new ProTank, as well as eGos and clearomizers. They work very well for me. I don't know how "ladylike" my setup is, but what I am looking for is equipment which works well, works consistently and works easily. I have no interest (yet) in rebuilding anything, but I like to combine good, fruity flavours. I don't like pinky things, or frilly stuff...
When I think about it, how "ladylike" were my cigarettes? My standing on the street in the rain, puffing? My greyish complexion? And how my clothes smelled?

I was VERY Happy with my 1300 mAh Vision Spinner. They come in lots of nice colors. I have a blue, purple, and SS. If I'm not mistaken, they also have white, pink, black and green. Depending on what Vendor you use. They aren't just big Mods, but you can at least adjust your voltage. Some juices I would have thrown in the garbage had I been using a regular batt that the Voltage couldn't be changed. Some times you just need higher voltage to get the flavor to taste better..then some juices only taste good at lower Voltage.
I also liked that the 1300mAh I could run it all day long without having to charge it. It fits nicely in my purse, and also those neck strap looking things will fit on it for me to carry it around when I'm outside doing yard work.
After my husband got his Vamo in, I liked it really well and ordered me one...but then Fasttech messed up and sent me everything BUT my Vamo..so now I'm going around and around with them. So, I'm still using my Spinners...from the looks of it, will be for a long time to come!

I'm no lady....and i'm on a sigelei telescope now, but I agree the spinners are smaller, cool colors, variable voltage, and somewhat smaller.

I have a pink (kind of shimmery) ego twist with a pink clearomizer, and a purple vision spinner with a purple clearomizer... pretty and girly...

I have a black AltSmoke BB (14500 mechanical). My daughter wanted a pink one for her birthday. Now she wants a purple one for a backup.
I'm very happy with my eGo. I bought a pretty designer battery (to add to my other 2 regular black batteries) from The Vapor Girl
Designer E Cig Batteries, Mods and Starter Kits are the heart of the vaper's stash.
They also have slimmer PV's like Joye510 Pen Styles, in many different colors which are IMO ok as well (but I admit I love my eGo more)

Innokin's new iTaste features VV/VW and is a lady-like eGo size. I think the set it and forget it VW is easier for the beginning vapor than VV. The chameleon color is black with a light dusting of micro-glitter.
Vapor Beast has the full kit, iTaste 3/0 kit with 6 iClear16s and nHaler has the battery/charger only version. If you are budget-minded and dont mind waiting for shipping from Hong Kong Fast Tech has a kit with 4 iClear 16s for great price but they only have black.

My current set up is a Purple Vision Spinner, a purple DCT, and a purple drip tip. It is girly without being overly gaudy, and i love it since I am not super girly but wanted something other than a black or chrome setup.
The purple Vision spinner is a gorgeous deep purple and I believe the EVOD and Kanger MT3 purples are a direct color match (I may be incorrect on this. My next order will have these so I can see for myself).
The only thing I would have done differently is went for a smaller battery. I picked up two 900 mah batteries, and they are a bit bigger than I expected and one charge on one has lasted me way longer than I expected, so she may want something a bit smaller, so maybe stick to whatever size your old ego battery was?
Smoktek also has what appears to be a metallic pink "Winder" that I have been keeping myself from ordering. They call it fushcia on the website. They also have tanks that would match it.
There is also VaporGirl if you think your wife would like something a little more decorated and unique than just a single color.
If you pick out a clearo, you could always look for a cute heart or "I <3 you" Tanklet (Alice-in-vapeland carries them, and a few other places too) that could go in the tank and win you a few extra brownie points in the process

My PV is SS, I just use "girly" colored tanks and clearomizers. When I used a purple eVod battery, it looked strange when I tried to put any other color clearomizer on there but purple...may be just me?
