I am posting this inquiry here as I don't know where else to put it and it certainly doesn't belong in the "general e-smoking' forum. I'll post it here as this is a forum for all questions.
I'd like to promote my web design skills here at ECF and offer venders my services in exchange for product, cash, or even just good reviews on my personal website/blog as well as credible references on my resume. It seems like a good community to do such a thing, as venders pop up left and right.
I figured this would definitely count as some sort of personal advertisement of goods so I wanted to check with you guys first to see where I should post such a thing and if there is anything I need to complete before doing so.
