Hi all, looking to add to my best of the best rotation. I've only found a couple of flavors that I'm not sick of after an hour, and nothing but tobacco/teaish stuff seems to make it into the ADV pile(yea yea, boba's is my fave, GJ is a close second, I like long walks on the beach, Justin Bieber, and anything else trendy :p). That was a joke....

My question is, since I'm used to AVE mostly which doesn't allow mix choices, would anyone like to recommend some mixes they prefer for some of the HHV tobaccos?

I'm looking at:
Legend
Shadow
Serendipity
Pirate's Booty

Just curious, since I know it's subjective, what your favorite PG/VG blend of those is? I usually do 50/50 when I try things, even though my favorites are 100 VG. If you think something is to die for in 20/80 and garbage at 50/50 let me know

When I first ordered from HHV, I mostly ordered 50/50, but took 2 at 60/40... not much difference. The flavor was top notch, and there was no lack of vapor or TH.

You should enjoy Serendipity, which is tobacco with sweet coffee and tea notes :)

If you're a BB fan, then you should try out Heavenly Army which is creamy tobacco with graham and subtle cocoa hints. Shadow is it's sibling, and delivers the creamy tobacco with vanilla -- tastes like Bavarian Creme doughnuts. Very nice.

Huntsman is a deep, earthy tobacco with maple notes -- a very autumnal type of flavor that is in my daily rotation but is less dessert-y than many of HHV's groups.

What you've chosen is a great cross-section of their NETS. If you like them, go back and try their brothers and sisters, but that's a great start.

Thanks for the synopsis! I generally stay away from earthy flavors. Always disliked earhty coffee, even though I like SUPER bold blends. That was actually the reason I didn't list Dragon's Fire. It was listed as an earthy flavor(I think).

Figured I would go for the flavors that had subtlety that sounded up my alley before hitting the periphery flavors. If a couple of the one's I've listed turn out to be reorderable, I will definitely try some others. Heavenly Army sounds good as well, but it sounds like Serendipity is similar, and a bit more up my alley.

Not planning on getting a sampler since I prefer 24mg nic. Just going to grab a handful of 6ml bottles. It sounds like the four I listed are generally a good representation of their tobacco repertoire, and it seems like no one objected to 50/50, so that sounds like a safe road to go.

Thanks!

Please add Dragon's Fire to your list. It's awesome. I get 12mg nic and 60PG 40VG, The TH and flavor are great, but I like TH.

I keep hearing all these great things about Dragon's Fire; however, I read some of the reviews on HHV and one reviewer said it tasted like honey. I ordered a tobacco (a Marlboro clone) off another vendor that tasted and smelled just like honey and it turned me completely off - even though I enjoy honey - I don't equate the flavor with tobacco. (I did just order a honey nut tobacco from the vapor chef, but I'm not expecting it to taste like straight honey. Notes of honey are completely acceptable if done right).

I'm assuming the reviewer didn't allow the liquid to steep sufficiently before trying it, but it was enough to keep me from ordering. Does Dragon's Fire really taste like honey?

If you like Boba's you'll probably like Dragon's Fire. I wouldn't call it Earthy at all. It's one of the sweeter ones and at times I swear I get a hint of butterscotch from it. I like them all except for Serendipity. Any hints of coffee in a vape tastes like burnt popcorn to me. I get all of mine 18mg and 60p/40v.

With Dragon's Fire: sometimes I get sweetened raisin bran cereal, and sometimes it's a deep plum liqueur tobacco. It's kinda weird like that, but it's good. Not my favorite, but it's good ;)

Thanks! I'm going to go ahead and place another order of NETs from them when I get paid this week. This order will be placed on faith alone - I am refusing to try the ones I have until they have steeped for a month, but I have a feeling I'm really going to enjoy them. I don't want to run out before I have more steeped and ready to go. :D Based on your comments, I feel much better about giving Dragon's Fire a shot.

I seen that review as well but it was the only one out of dozens that said that

There was on other that stated 10 HHV juices all tasted like chemical

when I see a review that has a completely different discretion then 20 others I find it usually has to do with not steeping

I really like Boba's.....and GJ is growing on me. Been vaping HHV for a while before I got any AVE juice. My favorites in order are Serendipity, Dragon's Fire, Heavenly Army, and Legend 100% VG and 18mg for all. ADV are 'Dipity and Boba's. I do get honey from DF, in a good way, but keeps it from an ADV because it can get a little overwhelming at times.
