Prices at your local vape shop will never be as close to what you can get online. Expect $45-$55. Definately hold it. I know it will take some getting used to, but once you have it for a week, you will learn to like it.

As far as the top part (atomizer), I personally like the Subtank, but I do not think it will fit your needs. I think the Nautilus might be a better choice. They both are good tanks. The Nautilus is designed for lighter type vapor, good flavor. The subtank is designed for heavier vapor. The other reason I like the subtank, is it comes with a RBA section, so if you want to try rebuilding a coil, you have that option.

I see what you mean about the pricing. Don't get me wrong, I love to support local business, but there is another store I think I'll get my mods from. Dom QP mentioned it in his post. I'll just use the store up the street to get my juices and smaller items.
Just ordered the Subox yesterday, since its got everything but the battery and charger. I think i'm ready to dive into the world of more advanced mods.
This forum is a wealth of info, so i'm sure questions will come up, since it looks like the Subox uses OCC and RBA coils.

Hey all, just got my Kanger Subox, and let me say...OH MY GOODNESS!!! I am finally vaping those clouds that I see people at the vape shop doing that I couldn't do with the eVod. (No knock on the eVod, still a great device)
I'm using the .5 ohm OCC on 20w right now with the air intake fully open. The flavor is great (Swedish Fish FTW, haha), and the vape is thick and smooth.
I can't thank you all enough for all your suggestions and tips!
Also, just added the cotton to the RDA, since it doesn't come pre assembled. Hopefully I did that right, but it was pretty straight-forward.
