Will a 510 drip tip be compatible with a tank (Ego-t) atomizer? THANKS!

you need to know what type of atomizer you have first. if it came with your e-go T, it is most likely compatible with your 510 drip tip. when ordering your attys, just make sure they're 510 connection attys, because that is what the e-go T is (a 510 connection), and the drip tip will obv work. but if you want to go into different type of attys other than the 510s, then it's easy and affordable to buy mini adapters that screw on with them.

Yes. It isn't here yet, but it will come with 2 atomizers. Problem is they say "tank atomizers" so I am not sure if they are just regular atomizers. They are 510 threaded.

Also, does it screw on top of the tank (I just ordered 2 mini novas) or on top of the atomizer?
