Ok so my tank is the kanger subtank mini. I know when i change flavors i can clean my tank out.
My question is the coil. The juice left on the cotton do i dry burn that off first before switching flavors or just add new juice after cleaning the tank out?

hi Ben Rhodes, welcome to ECF

ya shouldn't dry burn COTTON !

-just add your new flavor
-rinse it with water, force dry with air (blowing on it)
-rinse it off, allow air dry overnight
-pull cotton out, thread new in (best choice)

if you allow water to sit in there awhile, it will wick BACK into your juice

but don't be afraid of a little water on your wick

rinse, blow it dry, refill, start vaping, the water will burn off as the juice enters

:)

Its not overly needed to change your coil with each flavor. You get carryover for a bit but unless its a really strong flavor I find it mellows out after about a 1/4 of a tank and then you taste nothing but the new flavor. I usually used my coils for about a week or so before I swapped them out(Now I mostly use the RBA and havnt used a premade coil in 3 weeks! Though I keep a 5 pack -just in case-)

I have three tanks each with their own juice. I rebuild my own coils and keep a few tanks as spares. This way I don't have to mix flavors, if a tank breaks I have a backup, when the coil gunks up I have five or six rebuilt coils ready. This simple system has worked for me for several years now.
