I ordered a 901-510 adapter but only got one. Do these wear out like attys by any chance? Never even thought to address that issue. My 901 atty on my screwdriver was giving me a sad vape, now with the 510, that thing is sweet!

no they last a long long long time, every once in a while though clean it, it doesnt fire up it's just a piece of hardware so again it will last a long time

These adapters are solid. Just like anything else, as long as you take care of them, I don't see why they wouldn't last years as there are no moving parts.
The 510-808/901 adapters are adjustable. I took a flat-head screwdriver to mine the other night and found out it has an adjustable draw.

I hear ppl mentioning using a screwdriver on these types of adapters and wonder if there's something I'm missing. I just push the center part up or down with anything pointy and it moves very easily (including back to where it was, somewhat). It does help tho. Are there other tricks that do require a screwdriver? TIA!
