You can absolutely use the devices you have... You just have to build suitably for them. As for resistance, it really just depends. First you need to figure out what RDA you are getting... Rather it's dual coil, single coil, etc... How much airflow it has, or it's range if it's adjustable. Then you'll have a better idea. Have you given any thought to what RDA?

Yeah you can drip with a vaporshark. I know a few people that do it. Somewhere around 0.9 to 1 ohm is probably good. Personally I don't even use my mech anymore. I just got a 100 watt box mod. It's safer than the mech with all the built in protections so I tend to use my 100 watt box for dripping.

First decide if your after flavor or a cloud. Just watch another person vape, and it's easy to tell which they're after. A cloud chaser will exhale in 0.5 - 1 second, and a flavor chaser's exhale will last from 5 -10 seconds. The cloud chaser will use lung hits, and the flavor will use mouth to lung hits. This will obviously change the style of RDA that works best.

I can say what RDA I use, and how I set it up, but that doesn't have a thing to do with what RDA you will like best, or how you will want to set yours up. So you still will have to experiment to find what you like regardless of what any of us suggest you try.
So I'll start the suggestions flying your way. I use an A7 ($17) with a 30ga 2 ohm micro style coil wrapped around 4 strands of 0.8mm silica. It will work on any of the PVs that you said you have.
I actually had to reduce the amount of flavoring I put in my liquids because the flavor was to strong. My coils & wicks last from 2-3 months, and a 1100mAh 18490 battery will pretty much last a full day.

I was using mechs for my builds but recently got the Sigelei 100 Box mod and am happy with it. It goes from 0.2 ohms and up so I'm not restricted on what I want to build. I like to go no lower than 0.6ohms and build up to 2.5 ohms. This box mod allows alot of versatility for builds and that's why I got it, well that and the power it's capable of. I don't see me ever using 100 watts. I'm currently liking 20 Watts with a 0.6 ohm build. I got it for $85 plus change, this includes shipping, at thriftyecig.com and couldn't be happier. I use a Tobh dripper and just ordered a Tugboat. I love the Tobh cuz' it hits great and is easy to build.

Hello and thanks for the reply, The Rba i am looking at is just a cheap clone i saw at the local B&M
Just looking to give this a try before spending a lot of cash
Its a single coil airflow i have no idea and i dont think its adjustable

It really depends, but with that in mind here's what I would suggest... Build your single coil with 28 gauge, around say a 3mm inner diameter. Use about 9 wraps on your coil. That should put you somewhere around the 2 ohm range. Depending on airflow it should give you a pretty good range to play around with. Start at lower wattages (say 15W) and work your way up. Even at max of the VS (30W) unless the airflow is really bad it should just give you a nice warm vape and not get too hot or give you a burnt taste.

Once you've got your feet wet then you can start adjusting things a little... Bring the resistance down to be able to get more heat flux, etc.

I use an MVP2 to drip on with an IGO W or L single coil builds at 1.8 Ohms. I am usually around 8 watts. It works for me. Vaping is really all the end user experience. You will need to test to see what you like. I tried a dual coil build at 1 ohms (4.0V) and it was insane, overkill for me. Then tried it regulated at 11 watts and was still too much.
