Question on fluxomizer ce2

I received my ego variable pass through with battery 650mah and a couple boxes of fluxomizer ce2 I bought the 2.8 ohms and the 3.2 XL ones. I filled them up and let them sit for a while and then tried them the first taste was great lots of vapor but the second drag unless I waited a while had a really burnt nasty taste to it. Ive tried turning it over for a 5 count like I saw in the videos but it doesn't make a difference. Do I need to prime these with a drop of juice? any suggestions would really be appreciated.

I'm using kbv's pg/vg wtf,ry4, and humming bird.

If you let them sit long enough the wick should draw the juice up into the coil but it's better to put a drop or 2 of juice on the coil to get it nice and wet. Welcome from another Washingtonian.

Check out this link for tips on adjusting the inner cap seal. Also the 3.2 is kinda high for your battery. Stick to the 2.4-2.8 or so

I have also read that think eliquid can cause it to not wick correctly, so you may want to try different liquids to see which ones (out of the one's you like) work best

I got the same actions with fluxomizers. A couple good puffs then burnt taste. The fix for me was the modding on Badkolo's video. Follow the link on Tom950's post. It works great and is very easy. You'll need a bent paperclip but you can toss out your syringe.

I had my colors backwards on my battery lol I thought the red ring was 4.2v and the purple was 3.2 when in fact the red ring was the lowest voltage. I metered my ego and get about 2.9v on the red ring which runs the 2.8ohm fluxomizers perfect. I was trying to run them on the 3.7v which meters at about 3.2 this is where I was getting the burnt funky taste after the second vape. I think I might pick one of those double A boxes up from madvapes and drop a pot in it so I have a little bit more control over the voltage output not to mention it would be nice to have an extra battery.

Thank you for all the tips and advice unfortunately this was an issue of thinking instructions are for sissies.

I break em in w/ clean burning PG eliquid or 100% PG.
They wick fast once broken in if wick is not pinched by cup seal and wick is intimate w/ coil.
They don't do that well w/ dirty burning eliquids.
