Was wondering if anybody couId provide any suggestions. I love the flavor of Betelguese when I vape it through an Aspire DBC, but it seems to leak after a short period of time in the Aspire. Like it all leaks out even though the tank is still over half full. I have tried two different Aspires with the same results. I don't have any problems with any other Nicoticket juices. I am currently running Betelguese in an Iclear16, but the flavor is muted as compared to The Aspire. Does anyone have any suggestions that I could try to get this juice to quit leaking, it is a great change of pace vape. Thanks for any help.

Is it leaking out the bottom where the head screws in? Have you tried a different head? Mine leak sometimes too. Make sure the head is screwed in completely and all the pieces of it are tightened down. However, make sure you don't screw it to your battery too tightly as that can cause issues with the head getting pushed in too far, or worse the center pin on your battery getting pushed down too far.

glad you've joined the NT family! Welcome.
I've yet to have an Aspire leak but before each fill or refill I 'reseat' the coil. Just give it a twist to make sure it is tight.
I doubt the juice is the culprit, it is likely your topper.
Please let us know if tightening helps.
Could be coincidence that things are not quite tight right when you have BG in the Aspire???

I have thought about that. I think it might be leaking through the head, but could be coming out around the head. I have tried two different Aspires and now three different heads. I do make sure everything is tight. It is possible I got a bad batch of Aspires, as the two I have tried with betelgeuse came in at the same time. I think I am going to vape down my Aspire that has H1N1 in it and then fill with betelgeuse and see if I have any issues. I believe that H1N1 and betelgeuse have the same ratio mix of pg/vg. Who knows, maybe I'll find a great new mix :D And no I don't think it is the juice, just have been trying to figure out why I am having this issue with only one of Nicotickets juices. Everything else runs flawlessly. Thanks again.

Thanks everyone for trying to help with the hardware... I'm not an Aspire owner so I wouldn't know where to begin.

Everyone was really hot to trot on the Aspire for a while, and then the QC issues with the heads started rolling in... and now some more QC issues (possibly) with leaking from the tanks. Eh - not sure I will *ever* own one. :(

I'm right there with ya Clark, plus, I can rebuild a kanger head in about 30 seconds... Haven't tried recreating the pt3/ aerotank dual coil yet but they work as singles if built right.

Of course, there's always a REO/ RM2 combo anyhow :)

Tapped out on a phone... I think

I have a couple of the Aspire Vivi Nova-S's and the ET-S's. Ive had fairly good luck with the heads until recently. I bought 5 boxes 0f heads and it seems like if one head in a box is bad then all or most of the rest in the box are bad too. Youll know almost instantly if the head is bad or not. They also dont always make contact with the battery as others have said. But when they work theyre a pretty good little clearo. And just like kanger heads, theyre always better when you rebuild.

I agree with motabrownie on this one, regarding "one bad one in the box, all were bad". Sometimes I would get one or two good vapes, and then the coil died. Sometimes it would begin leaking after a couple of vapes. Those were my first rebuilds. I had plenty of them to practice on. First coil was not so good, it heated up so hot that I could not dial it down low enough. Second one was perfect.

Just started rebuilding the Apire BDCs as well. Are you taking the gauze-like material out of the top piece? Every time I pull the top off the material inside comes out.

The first few I replaced the gauze with boiled cheesecloth. Later, I stopped using it.
