RDA Question on Tugboat V2 and Smoktech Magneto

Hey everyone a friend of mine gave me a smoktech Magneto II with an 18500 battery and I was thinking of ordering a tugboat v2 clone for testing diy ejuice flavors easily. My question is will the tugboat v2 work well with the Magneto? If not what would you suggest?

It'll work just fine. If you're not familiar with rebuilding (which, based on this question, I'm going to say is a safe assumption) tho, using it in single-coil mode is going to be your best bet.

OH, and I'd recommend getting an RDA from angelcigs.com not fasttech.com . My last order from fasttech (no batteries, all items listed to ship within 2 business days) took 4 months from order --> delivery. Angelcigs is chinese based, but has a US warehouse, so you''ll be waiting 3-4 days not 3-4 months

Thank you for the reply and information. I havnt heard of angelcigs before thanks alot for the link! They don't have the tugboat so would the Plume Veil work well? Thanks again for the help!

if you are willing to buy clones you can find the magneto much cheaper. i got mine for $16 shipped. the links you posted had a clone atty and a authentic mod. just sayin`. my magneto clone works great. the magneto has a screw type center pin which means you have to back the screw out a little and mount your atty and then adjust the screw in to make contact with the atty. then you screw the atty(with top section of mod) onto the battery section of the mod. i have another clone mod that has a floating center pin which self adjusts and is easier to switch atty`s. its an Ehpro Nzonic and also has the magnetic fire button like the magneto. i never got the tugboat so can`t help with that. i use a Magma to try new juices. easy to wash out and re-wick.

I wouldn't recommend the plume veil, while it would work their clones have pretty bad QC (I don't know many people with a plume clone that doesn't have a spinning center post) and I just don't care for 'em Also, you probably don't want an atty with crazy airflow if you're going to be using the juice in a tank. Airflow can and will change how your juice tastes and the throat hit, so if you're testing juice with the plumeveil's airflow (Which has airflow not pointed directly at the coil), you may not care for it as much once you put it in your tank.
