Question on warranty (email ignored?) and a general question about bridgeless reliability.

I have a 510 bridgeless that was part of the 5 I bought in order # 7358. I freshly unwrapped it, primed it and it was dead. It was DOA. I understood the process was I email you for the 1 year warranty. I was going to place a new order and I emailed you asking if you could just send it with the order on 9/7. I have since received no reply and I can't help feeling like my email is being ignored. It is possible there is a holiday or something I am unaware of but I would like to know that the email was received or if there is a problem.

I have another 510 bridgeless I used after emailing you about the DOA one. It died today, that is less than 1 week. It is not DOA so I was wondering if the warranty covers it as well or not?

I have used 2 other of the 510 bridgeless form my order and they worked fine. One lasted a good month and 3 weeks, and the other one is still working (just low production due to normal buildup). I have unwrapped and primed the last one today (to replace the one that died after 4 days) and its been going good for about 4 hours now.

However 2 out of 5 does have me a bit concerned about future orders. So to others reading this post, if you use the bridgeless from GH1, is this normal? What has your experience been with these?

Hi Vocr,

I can't find any emails in my mailbox regarding your order. Did you reply to your order confirmation?

What we can do with this, is replace the DOA atties and the one that died in a few days. When placing your next order, simply refer to this thread and our team will take care of this for you.

That would be great, thanks Tim! I sent it to info@, so that might explain it. Probably should've sent it to tim@. I can't tell you how relieved I am to hear that it was an email mix up. I've been recommending you guys and I would've felt real bad if it turned out I have been giving people a bad recommendation.

I was trying to get the order (and email) in before the Autumn festival break. I know its always pretty bad, in terms of OEM orders, for up to 2 weeks after the break. But I will get it in early next week instead, thanks!
