Question on warranty

Newbie here.
Thinking about buying from a company I see many posts on, and have a question.
I have read reviews here about how great their warranty is, but I checked out their site, and can't find anything on warranty/returns.
Question is, do most ecig e-tailers have ANY kind of warranty??
Looking at Vapor4Life, Vapor Kings, etc, most don't seem to post warranty info.
If I'm spending $$$, I want some type of guarantee.
I know Blu, V2, etc have 30 day/1 year, but I want a 2 piece.
Suggestions..

5) Does Vapor4Life have a Guarantee or Return Policy?

We have a 45 day Guarantee on all Starter Kits, batteries, and chargers. If you receive a defective unit and would like a replacement, please contact us immediately and we will send you out a replacement unit. You would only have to pay postage to send the defective components back to us. If you wish for a refund send the unwanted products back to us and we will issue a refund upon receipt. Unfortunately Nobacco juice and Cartridges are non-refundable.

If you have issues with a product we urge you to contact us. Seriously, we want to hear from you if you are having a problem. We would much rather have a customer with a problem that we can resolve than a customer with a problem that doesn't contact us about it. We might be able to suggest simple fixes before deeming a part defective. If the part is defective we will replace it per the terms below.

It is a 110% guarantee that if you do not contact us about a problem that we will do absolutely nothing about it! :)

If you order the wrong items we will exchange UN-USED items for the correct item if you are willing to pay for the shipping costs.

If we sent you the wrong item(s) we will send you the correct item(s) at our cost and also pay to return the incorrect item(s).

There are no refunds on any products for any reason. We feel most customers know what they are buying before they buy it. If you are not sure, please do more research before purchasing.

Items that are NOT warrantied (subject to change):

E-Liquid and e-liquid related accessories
Cartridges (prefilled or blanks)
Cartomizers (prefilled or blanks)

Items covered by our 14 day replacement guarantee:

Standard e-Cigarette batteries, atomizers, standard battery chargers, cigarette lighter cords, universal USB chargers, cigarette lighter to USB power adapters, Personal Charge Cases and USB passthroughs. If you accidentally damaged your e-Cigarette by dropping it or other mis-use, please do not ask us to replace it.

Items covered by DOA (Dead on arrival) warranty only:

GG Atomizers or AFS atomizers. All GG atomizers and AFS atomizers are tested with an Ohm meter prior to shipping.

Lithium-ion or LiFePo4 rechargeable batteries. All lithium-ion or LiFePo4 batteries are tested prior to shipping.

If you are a new customer we will not send replacement parts until you have returned the bad one(s) to us. No exceptions unless we mistakenly sent you the wrong item(s). We are sorry but we have sent replacement parts to people on our own dime and never receive the faulty items back. We are beginning to feel taken advantage of. If you need the replacement quickly then we can charge your credit card for the part plus shipping and then cross ship the items. When we receive the bad parts back we can issue a refund. If the item returned is not bad then we will not refund the replacement cost or shipping charge.

If you are an existing customer and have placed 4 or more orders we will happily send out advance replacement parts. We still ask that you return the bad ones to us. Often we will include a pre-paid return label so it's very simple to return defective items.

All replacements will be sent by USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation. If you need the item any faster than that you will need to pay for the additional postage.

CANADIAN ORDERS: You MUST return the faulty items to us before we will send any replacement parts. Replacements will be sent by USPS First Class International.

If you will be placing an order and want us to combine your replacement parts with that order, PLEASE TELL US IN ADVANCE! Otherwise we wind up having to dig your package out of a box, breaking it open, re-taping it, etc. Thank you!

I bought from V2 initially, and have used their warranty to replace a dead auto battery. Works as advertised.:

The V2 Lifetime Limited Warranty:
The V2 warranty is offered to original purchasers who have acquired their V2 product here at v2cigs.com. (note: if you have purchased your V2 product from a physical retailer, please return the product to the retailer). We warrant that your V2 CIGS product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the full life of the product. The V2 lifetime warranty applies only to V2 electronic components and does not apply to cartridges or eliquid products. This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by:
1) modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by any persons or company other than V2Cigs.com;
2) physical abuse to, or misuse of the product or operation thereof in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the V2 instruction manual; or
3) any use of the product other than that for which it was originally intended (i.e the use of unapproved accessories, like non V2 chargers or power adapters)

Any express warranty not provided herein, and any remedy other than the warranty contained herein that might arise by interference or operation of law, is hereby excluded and disclaimed including the implied warranties of merchantability and of the fitness for a particular purpose. Replacement or repair of product is your exclusive remedy under this warranty.
The V2 Lifetime Warranty is limited to a maximum of 5 replacements on any given order. The item must be defective (this is not an exchange system), and will be replaced with an equal item from current inventory.
The V2 Warranty can only be used within 90 days of your last cartridge or eliquid purchase. As long as you have purchased eLiquid or Cartridge products from V2 within the last 90-days, you may make full use of your warranty for the life of your V2 electronic product. Your V2 warranty will never expire.


Subject to the above warranty, in the event that your V2 CIGS device fails to operate satisfactorily, please follow these three easy steps:
1. Please call us so that we can troubleshoot the issue and authorize your item for warranty replacement if necessary. Please provide the V2 representative a detailed explanation of the difficulty you are experiencing with the device and/or its components. All of this information is required to process your return request. It is also helpful to have your original order number on hand.

2. If it is determined that your product requires replacement, we will ship you a brand new item within 48 hours of your replacement request. These shipments will be sent priority mail, so you should expect to receive a replacement within 7-days of your call to customer service. Included in the package sent to you will be an envelope to return us the defective merchandise. If we do not receive this merchandise within 30-days, you will be charged for it.
3. Please do not send any product to us unless you have spoken to a V2 representative first. This can lead to confusion and may result in the loss of your item, and therefore the forfeiture of your replacement. After speaking to Support please securely package your starter kit and/or components, and include within your package a note detailing your order number and requested replacement. If you are experiencing an issue with a single product component, please do not send us your entire starter kit.
