Question re: carto refill

I've noticed that some cartos, when refilled really perform great. For example, the peach cobbler (refilled with vanilla) and the cappuccino cartos refilled with cap. juice really work great, just like new ones. Others, like my coconut cartos and some others, don't work that great when refilled, the ones that didn't produce much vapor to begin with, even as fresh new cartos are the ones that don't seem to take to refilling as well.

Anyone else experiencing this with refills?

yes, strange huh? I think its the atty...kinda makes sense tho if it didnt produce great to begin with tho. Even some reg non carto atttys do the same so I think its a quality control issue. Luck of the draw deal I suppose. But it is strange how it does it w certain flavors. Sometimes the refilled ones actually work better once u break them in w a refill tho, just takes a while.
