no suggestions, but I've had mine where the button was suddenly 'stuck' on.
I finally pounded the PV on the carpeted floor and it released the button but now the switch is a little loose.
Since then it has stuck a couple more times but I am able to release it by simply 'bending' the switch from the battery housing a little. . . gently rocking it back and forth.

Sounds like the "o" ring or gasket that is between the center post (positive) of your battery is making contact with the metal base (ground) when you screw down your atty. Does the center post look like it's pushed too far down? Try getting a small flathead screwdriver and prying up the center post a lil. Anyone else chime in?

Thanks for the suggestion.
I've tried to push the center pin a little without any carto, and sure enough it fires by itself.
But, how would I fix the problem?
I tried using a flathead to lift the center pin a little, but whenever I attatch a carto or atty, it get pushed down again argh...

Don't know how I fixed it, but it is fixed lol.
I just screwed a carto all the way till it fired. And while it was firing I pushed the button firmly and released it.
Then it stopped firing, and the button push is more pronounced now without any issues lol.
Thanks for all the advices guys and thanks for the offer Badkolo, but I'm good now.
vape on :)

The center pin on mine gave out after 14 days. I have been using ego's almost a year and have never had a problem with the pin. Wanted to edit this: I didn't spend good money on a pv to have to make adjustments to it. It should just work. As for the contacting customer service, they responded quickly, but the warranty is only good for 7 days.
