Question regarding KangerTech Ipow 2

Just received 2 of these and cannot determine if they are broken or if I am not doing something. They are not working so I plugged them in to see if they just needed to be charged but the charge window doesn't show anything and if I understand it correctly, it should show the charging status. I could really use some advice about this.

Yes that is one of the first things I did.

Where have they come from? Can you return them? To me, they are almost obsolete. They were never that great to begin with and most shops don't sell them anymore.

Is your charging cable good?
Other than that... if it will not charge, and will not fire the coil, it could be that the battery is just plain dead. It happens sometimes if a battery sits for a very long time.
Read the owners manual just to be sure you haven't missed anything.

I fear it has been on a shelf since early 2015. One of the chances you take buying old(er) products.
That's why I asked the questions.
