TY and you are correct, after letting it charge for awhile one light did turn green
Still not sure how to tell if the battery you put inside is charged or not
The second red light appears to stay on, all the time, even when the PCC is empty :/

If your PCC is like mine;
you put battery in, wait a sec and hold down the button on PCC (right one on mine) for 3-4 seconds and let go. light will blink and than either: blink red = battery isn't conncected right/or still charging (can't recall which), stay red = battery needs to be charged, turns green = battery charged..
Not sure if this will be the case for you but, seems to be how most work.. The paperwork that came with it should tell you what it means (in really tiny print), if you don't have any, you should be able to do a search for one for I do recall a site that listed guide/manuals for different models but I can't recall it..
