It does that on mine too. It's a little annoying, but no deal killer.

I haven't really inspected it enough to see if there might be some kind of adjustment that can be made on the bottom side of the connector.

One solution (though it's not optimal) is to unscrew the beauty ring that covers the ego threads by just enough to cover the gap.

Thanks. Yeah I do that. But it leaves another gap below :). I think I'll put an o-ring after unscrewing.

Hey guys. Just got a sigelei 20w. The 510 seems raised and I'm not able to sit atties flush. It is just a hair maybe 0.5 - 1mm. Are all of them like that? I could put an o-ring and solve it just wanted to make sure whether it is a known issue or not.

You made me check mine. My Aspire Nautilus fits perfect. Normally I have one of the cheap airflow controllers on my Sigelei 20W to protect the threads cause I'm constantly changing tanks. Everything fits nice and snug.

If necessary, raise the beauty ring. You need the support under your attirs.

So what you're saying is once your tank is one you cannot play with the ring at all, does it unscrew a bit or not?

Not at all. My Protank II, 3 and a Kayfun fit perfectly, no gap at all. I just rechecked all my atties as they would be the most likely to leave a gap. Every thing fit perfect.

The Sigelei is my only mod that every tank I have fits, from my CE4s to my Aspire Nautileses and my RDAs and RBAs. Do all your tanks have this gasp? What type tanks do you have?

I used a kayfun. I'm sure all of them will have it is because the 510 connector is a hair raised above the ring. Which makes it impossible for any atty to sit flush really.

If I remember right, the 510 connector on my Sigelei 20W stuck out a hair as you describe. I just sanded it down so it no longer stuck out. With the floating 510 pin there was no problem with possibly stressing the connection. Now all my toppers fit flush and work perfectly. Love my 20W. I don't use any of my other APVs any more.

Thanks I'm thinking of sanding it as well. It is just a hair as you describe. I don't know why I didn't think of that before starting this thread lol. It is a nice device and irrespective of the quality of this particular one I see that yihi created some innovative chips that are not a clone of anything and can compete with the best out there.
