So I just read the highping mod where you cut 3/4 of the filler out and then fill it up mostly and put the filler back into the top..so far it's working miraculously..My question is..Is there and effective way to get juice out of the carts I've already filled up so I can do this to them as well/ Or should I just use them and wait til theyre dry?

The only way you are going to get the juice out of them is to wring out the juice that's in the filler. Depending on how many carts you have it may be more trouble than it's worth. I think I'd vape 'em dry.

Ya I would vape em dry too. Too much work and waste trying to squeeze them out.
