As a noob; I've been researching and digging and . . . decided to go with a Joye 510 PCC kit. One question I have though is: with the PCC, will I be able to close it with a complete ecig in it?

No but it would be nice. Some have options to charge one and then hold an extra battery, I think.

the_larch is correct, you will not be able to close your 510 PCC with a complete 'battery/atty/cart' connected together. The PCC will hold enough for you to be able to put a complete one together rather quickly, however.
