Im new so i have no idea what a good Electronic Cigarette is to start me off and etc. I have seen that the Green Smoke Electronic cigarette has had good ratings so ill probably try it out unless i get good reccomendations. But i have also noticed that the Green Smoke doesnt have a portable charger/Case like i have seen with most E-Cigs such as Blu Cig. I would love to have one and wonder where i could buy it separately. Much appreciated! :D

Welcome CurlyQ and you have come to the right place for info. There are many options and for people here to help you please let us know what yo0u are looking for. For example:

How much do you smoke
Does it need to look/feel like the size of a cig
Are you trying to quit smoking or just looking to try an e-cig

Anything you can give us about what you are looking for and the members here will chime in.

I can tell you this. I was a 1.5 pack a day smoker and just picked up an eGo kit. Best 55 bucks I ever spent. Haven't picked up a analog since 5 pm on Monday afternoon. Both yesterday and today, made it through the entire day (5:30 am until about 8:00 pm) on a single battery...

I have only been using it for two days but I love it. Great vapor, easy to use, long battery life on a relatively short charge...

I smoke occasionally, a pack per week if im stressed.
I would like it to look and feel like a cigarette yes. Thats why the portable charger/case would help because, i can charge a battery while i use one and it has the look of a pack of cigarettes which helps the overall experience ya know? and i want to stop smoking analogs because i know its gonna catch up eventually but i want the nicotine, since it helps calm my nerves down and allows me to relax. I have heard of E-Cigs for a while but never really decided to give it a try till now. Thanks for all the help!

Congrats on starting ecigs. I would look at Kr808d-1 kits instead of the Greensmokes. The are alot cheaper and are the same thing if not better.( I started with Greensmokes) Do some more research on here. You may find a kit you like better. I have used several of the suppliers on here and have had great experiences with them. Goodluck Scott

WomanofHeart just pointed you to some of the best info. I would recomend the joy 510 with a PCC, manual batteries and cartomizers. The reason being is it is small like a cig, you can get juices to fill cartomizers, you will have an atomizer with the kit and it gives you a bunch of options. If you decide to move up to a larger unit like the eGo at a later date all the parts you will be getting for the 510 will be interchangable (atty's, cartos). I do not have any knowledge of the KR-808 line but others that do may be able to provide some info since that unit also looks like it may might be in line with what you are looking for.

I second all of this. I started with the Green Smoke and I returned it within a week and got a much better kit (KR808d-1) for half the price.

Hey, Curly! First off, welcome!

Secondly, there are a TON of options for you with vaping. If you thought there were too many options when it was a choice between Marlboro Reds, Lights, and Ultra Lights, this can seem overwhelming. You've come to the right place though. Lots of smart people here, and they've managed to point me in the right direction more than once.

If you're stuck on something that looks like a real smoke and isn't too expensive to start out with, check out a REALLY inexpensive kit that I think will give you the MOST bang for your buck. At this price ($21 bucks as of right now), you can try it out and not feel too bad if you want to switch to another model later: TITAN 510 E-NIC Compact Starter Kits. 6 Colors

Just for the record, Totally Wicked has what they call a "Yo-Yo" sale going on right now. Basically they have different discounts on their full range of stuff that switches every few minutes. I managed to pick up a basic Tornado kit earlier for $23 (normally $40 or so). Just picked it up to have spare parts for my eGo, but diffinately check out their sale prices right now... they're making it pretty cheap to start vaping. :)

Good luck!

Thank you all so much for helping me! I appreciate it Especially MissNomad with her Videos! I think ill try the Kr808D kit since it has what i am looking for. Wish me luck!

You'll be a happy vaper and that's what I like to hear! If you need help with finding a good vendor, just ask. You'll probably get lots of recommendations, but they'll all be good. Make sure you get extra atomizers or cartomizers and enough juice so you can try different flavors and not run out too soon.

Your luck is already good because you found us first! All you need to do now is get your starter kit and supplies and then vape your head off!

Could you please send me to a good supplier for the KR808D-1 kit? i havent had any luck finding one :(

either vapor4life.com or smoketip.com. i've never used v4l but i can vouch for smoketip. they're a bit more expensive but they offer free shipping and a lifetime, no questions asked warranty on their batteries. i have to say their batteries are great, they offer the nicest throat hit and most satisfying experience i've found in an 808 model (so far). but that's just my opinion, check them out and see what fits your needs/wants.
