OK I was trying to fill my MAP tank here at work and the stupid syringe blew out and e-liquid went all over my new shirt and slacks. So tell me is the 60vg/40pg liquid going to stain ? Will I have to buy a new shirt and pants? Next time I'll make sure the needle is on tight lol.

sorry to hear, It has always come out in washing for me but I guess it would depend on the coloring in the flavor you are using. Use cold water wash and I would try a paper towel wet to get out as much as possible right away..

Soak it right away - and if you do some searches on google for how to get paint out of clothes, you can find something that would work even if it does stain. I think you will be just fine.
