Why do the carts look different inside. On some of them I see a wire like thing way above the stuffing, and on others don't see it at all? Would any of this cause the cart to burn? Is whatever burns inhaled? Thanks.

It's possible for it to look different simply because it is used and may have changed colors with use and that made the wire look less obvious.
However, Steve has definitely changed the engineering on the cartos so from different batches they will look different.
The cart would burn more easily if the wire was pushed against the side rather than in the center.
When I refill, I sometimes notice that the wire isn't visable too, but usually it is looped over the tubey thing. I haven't noticed it effecting whether it burns hotter or not...
