According to ALIVAPE's website: "Please note, this coil will not work with the Kanger Protank 3, MT3S, or T3S bottom coil clearomizers".

The flange above the threads on a coil meant for a Protank 2 is wider than the flange on T3S coils, so they won't screw all the way down on a T3S base.

If you're looking for T3S coils with cotton wicks, VAPECENTRIC has them on their website.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I've been down this rabbit hole before. If I remember correctly, the chimney from on the MT32 (aka SOCC) coils is too wide to enter the chimney tube inside the T3s clearomizer. The solution to this is to save the chimneys on your spent T3s (aka TOCC aka H2 coils) coils so that you can replace the chimneys on the MT32 coils with the chimneys you saved from the spent T3s coils.

Only other solution would be to ditch your T3s tanks and use EVOD tanks (not EVOD2 or EVOD Glass as they take a different coil) as they use the MT32 coils without modification. Unfortunately, if you do decide to try to find EVOD tanks to replace your T3s tanks, many for sale are clones and some of these clones will have skinny chimney tubes that are only designed to take teh T3s/H2 coil chimneys, so you want to try to find authentic Kanger EVODs if you can. The downside to EVODS is that they hold less juice than the T3s tanks and it's hard to see the juice level as the EVOD tanks are not clear and only have a small juice level window.
