So I had a blu for a year (bleh!). Moved to a magma 510 had it 4 months and the pieces just started falling apart on me. So now im hearing that the eGo is the way to go. im wondering what is the best place to get the starter kit and some low res atomizers. I would like the manual battery have never liked automatic. Any help would be much appreciated im just currently without an e cig and am really needing a quick reply. Thanks.

Everyone seems to rave about Cignot. I have not used them (I got mine somewhere else on sale), but apparently their customer service is top notch and they seem to be very speedy to ship. I think their prices are about average, but everyone swears by them.

You also might want to consider the Riva. It's a little bit less expensive than the eGo, but it seems to be well made, too, although I've only had mine for two weeks so I can't attest to its long-term quality.

Hi Cash. Don't know where the best deal on an eGo is right now but I've suggested this site a couple times today for a good deal on a Riva kit. VaporJunction, E-Cigarette Supply
The Riva is almost the same thing as the eGo except it has a slightly better battery (750mAh compared to the 650mAh of the eGo) and a nicer button (soft rubber compared to hard plastic). I have a Riva and recently compared it to an authentic joyetech eGo. They're both built equally well. the Riva has been around long enough to safely say that it's as reliable and I've never seen a bad review of it. Consider it. $50.00 is $10.00 less than I paid for mine.

there's also

happysmokes has an SLB kit for 43.00 and that comes with one LR and one reg atty and 10mls of jucies. good customer service there too.

I just wanted to jump in and say happysmokes is where I purchased my ego
and add in the 10% discount using the ECFGold code.

I have to say I was seriously impressed with Nick of happysmokes aka Karmatized on ECF for his service. I contacted him via AIM and he had the patience of a saint with a newb like me. He also customed mixed some liquid for me and was insanely helpful just in general.
I was initially looking at the 510 w/PCC but he steered me to an ego and as I continue to devour information about vaping (I swear it's an addiction in itself!) I feel I've made a solid choice. Now I'm playing the waiting game on delivery and can't wait to get it. I don't know how much the brand plays into choice for egos I'm still puzzling that out but the one he sells is a SLB.

Good luck and happy vaping!

Heh i dont care about the best price of the eGo i just want the best quality heh. Cignot may be the best route to go but is it the quality of the product or just the price? And on that note are the LR attys bad to use or no and is there a better model than the eGo to use? I just need a good lasting battery with good vapor the 510 is great but the magma just fell apart...

I loved my Ego I also got mine from Cignot have not had a problem with it for the 2+ months I have had it.

LR atties are great while they may not last a long as a standard atty (people are getting a month or more out of one Eastmall brand), trading off the extra flavor and vapor for a shorter lifespan is worth it IMO. :2cool: .

If you had to choose the Ego and Riva are basically the same thing the Riva has a a slightly higher capacity battery and a better switch but otherwise they are the same thing beside price.

Have you tried LR atomizers? Not everyone likes them. I have an eGo, and I tried LR atty's. I found that it seems to heat the liquid too much, causing the vapor to have a burnt, very harsh taste. Now, I stick to the regular atty's, which I find provides very good vapor and throat hit without ruining the flavor of the liquid.

That's just me, but YMMV.

LR give you a really good experience on any 3.7 or lower battery. I didn't care for the LR atties that came with mine, so I have set them aside. They just use more of the batteries power, faster. Which means the battery won't have power for as long as it would with a reg atomizer. Which in turns means a shorter life for the battery since you will be charging it sooner and more often.

I got my RiVa from AZ Smokefree and have been entirely pleased thusfar. A battery will last me thru the workday with the spare hooked up to the usb port of my comp just in case I manage to chain vape the battery down.

I've met James & AJ at AZ Smokefree and they are really super folks. It was a surprise to see them test the batteries on mine before I bought it. In fact, they hand inspected the whole shooting match before pronouncing it "good". There's just no doubt that they care about their products and customers.

Good luck in your search!

Cool so whats the actual janty sight? And what atomizers are used for the eGo 510 or there own?

I know nothing of the janty myself, but doubless someone else will turn up and comment.

The eGo uses 510 attys. It's basically a 510 on steroids, or so it seems. I haven't tried a lr atty and see no purpose yet. I can get it hot enough to distort the flavors already if I am really persistent. The only real annoyance sofar is occasionally getting the atty a little too wet from time to time (dripping & not using carts). Dripping has provided the most intense vapor so far and with the right juice it can really kick you in the lungs.
