I just received my AGA T2. It's my first ever rba. I used 400 mesh with 32g Kanthal. My coil is 4 wraps and came out to 2.4 ohms. I made my wick 1 3/4'' by 2 1/4''. The wick is snug in the hole but not really tight. If I turn it up past 3.8 volts I start to get a mild burnt taste. Should I make a slightly thinner wick? Should I tey 30 gage wire for lower ohms?Also should I be able to use higher volts on this coil? I feel like I need more vaper than this.

The burnt taste could be a hot spot or more likely a hot leg. Have you checked for either?
Also, on all my gennies I roll my wick slightly smaller than the hole. I find it allows for better wicking and won't usually leak.
If you have hot spots and or legs or if it isn't wicking well, you will get a burnt taste.
Just some thoughts from a proficient genny user.
