First SS Mesh Wick Queston - For AGA-T2+

Hi everyone and hope this is the right spot for the question.

I have built a number of silica wicks / coils for my igo-L and feel comfortable with what I'm getting as a result. However, I just got my AGA-T2+ and want to build that bad boy for the first time.

I got some 400 SS Mesh from MyVaporStore in a square sheet (about 4"x4"). What size do I need to make my first SS Wick as I hope it isn't the whole sheet lol.

The AGA-T2+ also came with a tiny amount of mesh in the box. Should I just use that as a size template? It looks very small but again have never rolled a wick before.

The height of the mesh is determined by the distance from the base of the tank to the top of the positive pin most of the time. The width of the peice of mesh you use is completely up to you. Do you want a solid wick? A straw wick? It's a personal preference kind of thing. Just have to experiment until you find what works for you

Thanks for the post. I tried just a 2"x2" square and ended up cutting a little off as it was too fat. Still don't know if it was the best but it didn't care for the coil so I took it apart and will try again.

As for straw vs solid I have no idea as to which is better as I have never rolled one. The one I tried tonight was a straw wick as I used a paper clip to roll on.
