To explain: this is a single topic forum and all we discuss is electric or electronic e-cigarettes, not vaporizers. We are also very wary of allowing discussion of any equipment that might be dual purpose. This is because we are engaged in a fight for survival against powerful opponents who want to bury ecigs, and providing them with ammunition is not a sensible thing to do.
Because you are 100% blind then instead of just deleting this without explanation (because you should have read the rules), we'll try to assist you, if it is possible. I have two suggestions:
1. We might have some blind members who can help get you started. I am not sure about this, but in any case, it certainly seems like a good idea that we offer support to blind vapers who need to know how to start refilling. I can't think where to start on this difficult topic but our members will contribute if we ask them, they are excellent in that respect.
2. If you really want to consider dual-purpose vaporizers etc then all we can do is suggest you ask on another forum, perhaps one where they advertise as 'vaporizer users' rather than vapers (
ecig users).
So let's start with this post and take it from there. If you want us to go further on the refilling of ecigs topic then we will certainly ask our members to assist you because it is no problem at all, and something we need to support. We can't allow any discussion of non-electric or dual-purpose equipment though.
