Nicotine Base is Unflavored e-liquid that contains Nicotine.

Usually you start with a Higher Nicotine level with the Nicotine Base, say 36mg, and your Target (Flavored) Nicotine e-liquid is what you want to vape at, say 18mg.

10% flavoring is Subjective. Depends on how Strong the Flavoring is.

For many types of Flavorings, 10% is Middle of the Road.

I use about 15% with FlavorArt / TPA Non-tobacco Flavors.

Best of luck with DIY... it's a lot of fun. Main thing I have to keep in mind with flavors is, they're easy to add but once they're in there I can't take 'em out. So... if I *think* this will need, say, 6% TFA Double Chocolate, I'd better start with maybe 3 or 4%. While I'm in the experimental stage we're only talking about 5 - 10ml anyway so if I mess it up a bit it can be tweaked into something vapeable pretty easily. By using the juice calculator to keep track of any changes it's easy to keep the nic level & PG/VG ratio on target too.

Happy Mixing & Vaping! :vapor:
