A couple questions...

How much did you have to pay when it arrived? (HST/Customs/Duty)

How quickly did it arrive once it had shipped? / Which shipping option did you choose?

How much do you love it? (best / worst purchase)

How much usage do you get out of your Provari WITHOUT the extended cap?

I was waffling between the Provari and the Buzz Pro... finally checked ProVapes website last night and noticed that the blue led was available so waited ever so patently for tonight @ 7pm when I was able to pick up my tips from work, grabbed my tips and without waiting went and put money on my preloaded cc and headed on over to ProVapes site (while in the parking lot of my bank on my SS GS2) and put a Black Satin with Blue LED, 2 18490's and charger all in all with shipping (I chose the CHEAP shipping option @ $16) cost me $250.85 US.

So just kinda wondering how quick I could expect the shipping and how much Duty/Customs/Tax I'm going to get dinged with, also if I'm ......ed for not getting the end cap (hell I will be eating bread soup for the next week because of this with possibly NO bread).

Thanks always

Ryan

Oh yeah... order number 18293!

1 no extra taxes or anything of the sort
2 took ten days for the regular shipping (would been sooner if it didnt stay in san fran for 3 days and 3 more in richmond)
3 Best PV ever, totally worth the hype and all the press, smaller then expected looks massive in vids
4 donno bought the extendcap
5 you totally should of went with the extend cap
6 almost forgot make sure someone is home to sign for the package

Agreed ... if you want to be charged, and overcharged, everytime use UPS or Fedex. My understanding is that CP is supposed to charge you the GST if the declared value is $20 or more, plus a flat $5 processing fee ... but that processing fee is constant reqardless of the declared value ... this is in sharp contrast to couriers, whose processing fee starts out at insane and goes up from there as the declared value increases. That said, with CP it is hit and miss whether they will bother charging at all, which strikes me as weird ... I just got a $100 item from the US and they didn't charge me a dime ... so go figure.

My provari took about a week . Arrived with no fees due . I love my provari . I use egos for work and other mods as well . I find it easier to only use my provari at home . I bought the extension cap and the 18650 batteries and have never bought the smaller batteries so I don't get any use from the stock cap . I am going to get a provari mini in satin black when they come out . I plan to get a chrome extension cap for it .

Hey Zenataos, Got dinged for HST or somethin' to the tune of about 25 bucks on pick-up at post office.
I went with the expensive shipping(whatever it was?30 bucks or so)
It took about 10-12 days to arrive(Ontario)

Have absolutely no trouble getting a full day 'outta the 16500(reg) batts.
Seems to be lasting longer between charges now...up to a day and a half.
May be vaping less but it's still in my hand a lot.(using more SR now, stardusts)

The Provari is my one and only, very happy with it too.

I got a couple packs of cartos, 2 tank attys and 10 ego carts with the Provari to ego adapter
plus the basic kit for 350 can. before taxes.

Congrats on your choices, you'll be happy with it as is, I'm sure.

Cheers Hitme:vapor::vapor:

I ordered mine from canada, so don't have any insight on the customs shipping etc. But it is worth the hype. I havn't touched another pv since. I don't have the extender cap, I wish I did. However, the batteries last me all day, they are well over 100 charges by now and are starting to die faster. Havn't decided if I'll A) Buy new batteries, B) Buy the bigger batteries and extender cap or C) Buy new provari w/extender cap :p and new smaller batteries for this one. SO worth it. I need to send mine in for some warrenty work and the upgrade, and am currently debating on buying another one first lol.

The new provari mini with extender cap uses the same batteries as the original provari without an extension cap . I assume that the extender cap fits on both .
