Questions for anyone who has ordered from the new site

Hang in there Serendipity!

Apparently they're having some problems with the new site. I used to get a shipping confirmation right away. I placed my order on Sunday and never got a confirmation. So I emailed Ben and Alex yesterday morning to see what was up - no reply. This made me more nervous because they usually respond right away.

Despite the Monday holiday, my order arrived today:thumb:

Hi everyone, wondering if any of you that have ordered from the new site can give me some feedback?

First off, how is the shopping experience? I really like the new cart we're using, but we haven't perfected it yet--so any feedback is appreciated.

Second, did you receive an e-mail confirmation for your order?

Third, did you receive a confirmation with the tracking information when your order shipped?

Placed order w/ vapornine, and received a faulty atomizer which is no big deal since I could just mail it back and get it replaced. The problem I ran into was the communication w/ the company. I sent 3 emails to vapornine, and have received absolutely no answer from them regarding my purchase. Love the 1 atomizer that works, but got swindled on the 2nd one. Won't go back to this place.

LP- I found the e-mails you mentioned. First of all-- sorry for missing those, they were filtered automatically by our gmail account and archived as a purchase order (this seems to have only affected e-mails sent as replies or extensions to e-mails from the old version of our site)... Have sent you an email and will send out a replacement tomorrow.
